London Olympics: Swiss Artists playing at the House of Switzerland UK 2012
Over the course of the Olympic Games in London, Presence Switzerland at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the City and Canton of Zürich are giving young promising Swiss musicians the opportunity to present themselves to an international audience. The House of Switzerland UK 2012 will include an open-air stage where bands of various genres will be performing almost every day. On the bill are Hillbilly Moon Explosion, Mama Rosin, Pegasus, National Fanfare of Kadebostany and Philipp Fankhauser, accompanied by the Walking Acts Micha Sportelli, Nadja Stoller, Nino G and The Human Beat Box. The highlight of the concert series „Zürich Sounds“ will be the performance of up-and-coming duo Boy, taking place on 31st July. Presenter will be Chris Bachmann, a television show host, MC at sporting events and parties, and an eco-warrior.
